Individual management contracts are designed with each client's needs in mind. With my knowledge of the building industry and project management experience, maintenance issues can be dealt with in a timely and professional manner, when dealing with trades services.

Fees are not based on a percentage of rental income, but around the size and age of the property, number of tenants and the extent of management services that the client requires.
